It has become quite common for employer’s to have programs in place that will match employee’s charitable contributions. If your employer has such a program, your contribution will make a definite impact on the work of HEART.

If your employer has a matching program, your human resources department will have the form that you will need to secure the match. You can mail this form along with your donation to our office. We will confirm receipt of the gift and return the form to your employer.
